I am a maternity, motherhood, newborn and family photographer in the Greater Sacramento area. I am a Mamma to two amazing teens ( how did they grow up soooo fast?!?!) and a dedicated partner to my fabulous boyfriend. I grew up in the Sierra Nevada's of California and call Nevada City, CA my home. I am a mountain and lake lover, hard lemonade drinker, boat bow parker, and crazy Boxer dog Mom! I love to scope out new epic locations for your maternity or family portrait sessions. I have an addiction to buying gowns for my client closet and tiny wraps for newborn sessions.
I can't imagine loving my job any more than I do. I took photography in college when I was in my 20s but never started taking it seriously till Covid left me unemployed and looking for a reason to get out and take photos again. I dove head first into making this hobby my career. I went back to college and changed my degree to jive with this job path.
Last year I realized my absolute Niche is maternity and motherhood. I can't get enough! I feel giddy and excited with each new client and can't wait to see what magic we will create!
In the 4 years I have been consistently working as a photographer I have won multiple awards and have been published a handful of times for my family and maternity portriats. I completed my degree in Digital Design with an emphasis on imagery this spring 20204! Whoohoo!
Mys sessions are relaxed and fun! I will help you find the right outfits whether you do a studio session and have access to my client closet or do an outdoor shoot. I will help you with posing! I get funny in front of the camera too so I get it! We have lots of fun and get some incredible images for you to cherish forever!
